With that build and tuned for the 100 shot, depending on what suspension you have- I would think you will need full length welded subframe connectors, lower control arms- Steeda is a very good choice or Maximum Motorsports, you already have the better shocks/struts- but may need to go to a drag setup like with the Lakewoods to get a good suspension build up on your launch, slicks? You should have 400 whp plus with the spray you mentioned and a crap load of torque going nitrous as well, I know Speed_Mister on here has a nitrous drag set up and he does really well. He has I want to say a 150 shot but I dont know if he has any head/intake work done like you will? Anyway I would think you will be close to on par with his set up and if I remember correctly he was dipping into the 11s or better with that setup. He has upped the spray now I think I saw recently on one of his threads. But look him up on here and Im sure you can get some tips and a rough idea of what kind of power you will make. You will also want to beef up your rearend- tracloc/spline etc, etc to handle the torque/power you want to put to the ground properly. I know I saw a pic of his car a while back pulling the front wheels off the ground
