It was a blast. Grand Rapids does its weekend of wheels car show the last weekend in July. Always a good time. My buddies Nova in that pic makes just over 800hp.

BBK Longtube headers
BBK off-road X pipe
Flowmaster Super 10 series mufflers

I'm in love with the exhaust tone.

...and of course, your car is the same color as mine. If yours was a convertible they would be twins.

I loved my Dark Shadow Grey, though if I'm not mistaken, Revvv yours should be Mineral Grey.

In any case we need to get the exhaust done on yours. I'm leaning towards another Mac Prochamber, which would leave my mid pipe available to you. Just have to get all this other crap in life taken care of that requires lots of money, leaving less for my car

Drive the car tonight for the first time in about 4 days. Noticed today at a car meet after it had sat for about an hour I went to start it and it surges at idle for about 2 minutes before it settles down. Tried playing with the idle speed and it stalls unless I set the speed high (800rpm). Vacuum leak? Bad idle air? Bad tune? Idk what's going on... Only code I'm getting is for my egr sensor low voltage input (because I had them disable the egr system).

I'm really surprised thay Phat hasn't performed a Mustang miracle and corrected the problem.

Phat is one of the New Edge Mustang gurus here.

I didn't get a chance to play much with the car this weekend. Rain and a wedding (not mine) were contributed factors. Lol

I got married once. I don't ever plan to do that again. However, I am still married to the same super hot woman I said "I do" to a million years ago. I honestly cannot ask for a better partner, friend, wife, and mother

Yes I did. I was 18, and she was 16 when I met her. We were friends long before we started dating. After a few years I realized that I didn't just want to be a friend, and the friend zone wall came down.

If she had turned me away I would likely be single today. I will not lie and tell anyone that marriage is easy. It isn't.

It would also help if I could stop dreaming about restoring my pickup. Found my very first pickup a few weeks ago, and bought it back. Sold it 12 years ago.

Bought my first truck back!

I would love to find, and have, my first car. 1971 Chevelle.

I have not sold my 2003 Ram off for parts yet because the truck has a lot of sentimental value. I hate seeing it without an engine, but at the moment it has to be that way.

Now stop dreaming and go restore that truck!

I'm just glad to have it back in my possession. It's going to take time because it's going to need alot of stuff. Any currently I'm trying to pay down some debt, save money for a trip this coming winter, and possibly moving this winter as well. So much happening right now.

Took the car out tonight for just a short little cruise around Swan lake. About a nice 10 mile drive. Car seemed to run just fine with the nice cool air (about 60* during my cruise). Gas tank was pretty empty, and I've noticed that when I don't have a full tank of gas weighing down on the rear tires the car lays patches for days! Might have to look into getting a upgraded rear tire for next summer. Right now only have a 275/40ZR17 out back.

I need an x pipe. I love the tone of your car. It isn't in the cards right now though.

...unless I can find a used one for DIRT cheap. X pipe plus super 10s sounds mean.

I did one this last summer. With a tune that was way too rich it made 275rwhp.

https://youtu.be/x5b-YLNWXVc

I may get it dyno tuned next spring. Right now I have it fairly close now. She's flirting with 300rwhp now. Really fun to play with the modern Mustang and stay with them though 2nd gear.
