Re: lowering question

The eibach springs are very nice (eibach makes the springs for various companies)and you can lower your car without having to have the c/c plates or a bump steer kit but I do recommend you run both if you are going to be doing some aggresive driving.

Re: lowering question

for a drop thats worth doing you must have caster/camber plates and dont skimp... get good ones. I also recommend you look around at springs and their rates, get a good rate spring... not a weak one.

H&R, Eibach are both good brands. Progressive is also better as they are softer driving around and as you start to push them in they get stronger. I have H&R race and I love them.

Also note the shock/strut needs to be setup and valved right for the spring rate you go with, its not the end of the world just something to think about when you get shocks/struts.

atomicperformance.com has maximum motorsports parts (who sell H&R also) and is great to deal with so check his site out.

Re: lowering question

I have the eibach pro kit, kyb agx adjustbables, UPR Caster/Camber plates, and UPR bump steer kit (the one that does not require drilling the spindle) and I love the set up. It rides really nice, but when I start playing it handles very well. The total drop was 1.75 inches, a little more than advertised but it looks great. I don't even have the best tires out there either. Just some food for thought.
