I just got some mufflers for my car finally. And a buddy of mine says that I do not need a mid pipe. Can someone clarify that for me, I do think I need one but he is insistent that I don't.

It will make it sound better. But you lose at least 2 of the cats. So yes you need one. It will give it that Mustang sound.

i just got the upr x pipe and i love it. i got the catless ones so they are a little louder went kinda smooth on the install except for breaking two studs on one the drivers and one on the passengers side. i need to take it to the dealer so they can get the stud out. i already drilled the driver side off. only have a small leak. but not for long.
