Exclamation A few quick questions

I was wondering if this back seat would fit in my 2000 Mustang.Corbeau: Baja Bench
I don't know much about cars so any help would be appriciated. Also do any of you know any sites for wide body kits?
Thanks

Re: A few quick questions

I highly doubt it as there is a hump in the back of the mustang that the seat must go around. That is a flat bench...you could probably make it fit with some custom work, but, people would be sitting way too high.

Re: A few quick questions

what are you looking for, a stock like replacement or something to match front racing seats? If you dont use the back seat as most dont you can get a delete kit.

Re: A few quick questions

I don't think you're going to find a bench seat to match the racing seats. You could probably fit two individual buckets back there though. I don't know how it would look but it's just a thought.

Re: A few quick questions

So what all do you have done to the car to be needing these racing seats? And I'm sure the widebody kit is for clearing the huge wheels and tires you need for racing right?

Re: A few quick questions

I want to make my car a show car. I think the wide body kid would look great on my car. I have'nt ordered the raceing seats yet but im going to soon. Im not much of a racer, just want to have a nice looking mustang.

I would have to recommend against the current mod trend you are starting.

Take a look around at some other mustangs and find a good clean look. You'll win alot more shows with a clean car vs a widebodied fake race car IMO.

Re: A few quick questions

Have you considered a rear seat delete? You could even replace the rear seat with a nice speaker setup.

I also agree that you should just say no to wide-body kits. Trust me, your car looks much better without it.

You won't find them anywhere either. Your best, and probably only bet, is to have your stockers re-uppolstered to match your racing seats.

A reputable shop can match anything...specially if you go with a name brand racing seat like corbeau. They can get the same fabrics that corbeau uses directly from corbeau and reskin your rear seats. It will probably end up cheaper in the end as well.

The bulb itself removes from the back.
