02 sensors help

Hi guys, wonderfull day up in canada, so I was working on the car a little bit, and i was checking my engine light code, it came up with 02s 21, I checked the live data and 02s 11, 02s 12, 02s 22 all had data streaming through them exept for 02s 21, therefore the tripped code, now the question is this, does anyone know which of the 4 sensors this is? There is 2 before the cats and 2 after the cats towards the back. I also had another code called P0355 generic, ignition coil E primary/ secondary, I couldnt make any sense of this one> If I have to i will take it to dealer, but if it is just a part swap, I kinda really enjoy doing this stuff with my little guy helping me. also the code for the fist problem is p1151 if ti helps. Thank you very much guys. I almost forgot it is a 2000 gt 4.6 v8

OBD Trouble Code: P1151 Lack of HO2S-21 Switch, Sensor Indicates Lean

PO355 doesn't seem to be much info maybe someone who has had that one will reply back or Just go to Autozone its free. and they tell you possible ways to fix it Here's a little something to help break the code down
The first character identifies the system related to the trouble code.

P = Powertrain
B = Body
C = Chassis
U = Undefined

Second Digit - Code Type: The second digit identifies whether the code is a generic code (same on all OBD-II equipped vehicles), or a manufacturer specific code.
0 = Generic (this is the digit zero -- not the letter "O")
1 = Enhanced (manufacturer specific)

Third Digit - Sub-System: The third digit denotes the type of sub-system that pertains to the code.

1 = Emission Management (Fuel or Air)
2 = Injector Circuit (Fuel or Air)
3 = Ignition or Misfire
4 = Emission Control
5 = Vehicle Speed & Idle Control
6 = Computer & Output Circuit
7 = Transmission
8 = Transmission
9 = SAE Reserved
0 = SAE Reserved

Fourth and Fifth Digits: These digits, along with the others, relate to a particular problem...ie, p0171 equals system to lean bank

Mods-K&N CAI , True Dual Flowmaster 40, BBK Ceramic Shorties, 3.73 , 25% UDP, 3/8 Phenolic Intake Spacer ,Steeda Tri-ax, SCT Chip/Dyno Tune
