Hi folks, long time reader, first time writer here. My problem is this, I have a 2000 mustang
gt automatic with 3.90 gears, some bolt ons and a predator tuner. Under wide open throttle, my car shifts way to early, at about 4900 rpm. From videos i have seen on youtube, i know automatic mustangs of my generation shift about 5600 to 5800 rpm, so i dont know what is wrong with my car. I have tried changing the shift points on the predator, but this doesnt change anything, which leads me to believe its not the computer but something mechanical causing the problems. Could my transmission be low on fluid or something? Any help would be appreciated.
