I'm worried..

X2C Motorsports (A shop that only works on Mustangs) I think might have went outta buisness. Their website isn't up anymore, and it would explain why they sold one of their fastest Cobras on eBay. I'm worried because they were the only guys I would have went to if I needed to do anything to my V6, or to my future V8. Does anyone have any other recommendations for shops around my area? Jeff do you have anybody you go to? I just hate the feeling that there's no longer a place I can go to if I want performance parts installed in my car..

Re: I'm worried..

i know a good place off the 210, i forgot the name of it, but i'll find out for you. i called a ton of shops checking prices on diff mods and this place was very reasonable and they specialize in mustangs, and the owner has a very nice suped up cobra, so i trust his work. i think he lowered my cobra with eibach kit for 400 bucks parts and labor. however someone from work is telling me there is a mustang performance shop thats really good in oxnard, im gonna look into that.

oh well, you should be doing everything to your car yourself, unless you either dont have the tools or patience.

on my dsm, the only 2 things i had a shop do was timing belt and clutch install. both i could have done myself, but didnt have the patience for. plus if it ****s up(tbelt snaps, clutch goes out prematurely) i can have them fix it.

seph, im thinking on moving down to oceanside, i dont know how far that is from you, but if i do and you ever need help, dont be scurred to ask a homie.
