hey all! The cruise made it into our local paper and news! Our dear Rick was featured in the paper, and a shot of his and our Lowflyn's Cobras made the news video.

Video and writeup from our local news station here: "Tupelo Cruise" drives through - WTVA.com Rick's car and daughter are around :09, and Lowflyn runs across the screen at 1:26

Newspaper story here: NEMS360.com - Tupelo welcomes more than 100 Mustangs to event Rick is quoted near the bottom of the story.

We had a bad *** time guys next year we are going to be heavily involved in setting up and staffing the event with Farmer as long as we want to be. I plan on making it a 4-5 day trip and it may be a 3 day event next year...who knows...

Afraid not. I need to get a better camera so I can not only do more videos but at higher quality.

Shoulda ate at the banquet that would have solved the fried mushrooms problem.

Seriously, I had a great time seeing and really getting to know everyone. I'll post some pics up shortly and the Elvis room was great. I'll admit I had a slight headache myself this AM. For those that want a recollection of the Elvis room, I got pictures.

Wife and I had an absolute blast.

For those of you that missed out this event is going to do nothing but grow. Look for updates for the 2012 Tupelo Cruise and plan on attending. It also looks like the autox is gonna stick around for next year as well.

Really wish I could have made it. If y'all could get it going for the whole weekend it would definitely be worth the trip. That's why I do the coast every year.

Haha... I just wasn't too interested in the Speaker. I know we will have better next year.

I'm thinking about seeing if we can get everyone to meet in Jackson a few days early... camp in a cabin by the reservoir then we can all cruise in on the Natchez Trace together on Friday.

Watch for a blog to come soon and we can all chip in on the active planning of next year. I'm going to be getting with Farmdog quiet a bit.

Brent, next year we need some type of banner for Evolution and I plan on bringing a tint or two. Hopefully 99Ford can get some merchandise for the site and we can have on hand, give as door prizes, or work on something cool for the people. I love Tupelo, and imagine this can become a yearly thing for me as it has been.

So this is the kind of setup where you hit trees at an Autocross.

Watch the ride-along in my car. He tried to come into that corner too hot and just locked all 4 up. Attempted to power out of the slide but it just hit the curb sideways.
