Re: Welcome SouthernStang Members!

Thanks for the warm welcome all. Our site headed South and never looked back. Good idea Brandon as we may never see the Southern Stang site again.

This may come as a shock - Gainesville. Guess I'll have to come down there. Doubtful you will make it here unless you are on your way to the game in JAX. By the way, you do realize that Blue is one of our colors? Could not find a Red Mustang?

Gainesville is the worse when it comes to speed traps. I've driven to ATL a few times and when I get to Gainesville, it feels like the cops have nothing else to do there but to catch speeders.

As for the color, red is in your blood brother hahaha. No matter what the exterior color is, it's always red inside.

If you think Gainesville is bad (and in all fairness it is really the county mounties and staties, not the city cops) try going up 301. If you checkout the website "Speedtraps.com" it lists three little towns who's major source of funds are speeding fines (Stark, Waldo, and Lawtey).

As for the blood - got that right! Got to thinking about it, and your car is Blue as in Orange and Blue and mine is Black as in Red and Black. Some sort of SEC justice?

LOL we both love one animal in common: the Mustang!!! And yes, it was the troopers who work the hardest on that stretch of hwy. I'm driving thru Gainesville again next month. Gotta watch out for em troopers

I am sure you are already aware, but Mustangs rate special scrutiny with the LEO's. We look fast even when we try to play nice!!!!
