We will need to make a new thread in the spring and organize different meets. Its always super hard to make up times that work for everyone. I am free most Saturday/Sundays unless I go out of town. Once I unstore my mustang I will be itching to meet up with some members! I have a great DSLR camera and we can hunt down some cool locations. I'd also love to get moving shots of my stang so maybe you all can help me out with that :p

Just thinking out loud here, but I'm hoping to throw the summers on this week or next, depending on the temperature. Maybe some of us could get together at the end of the month or beginning of April? Doubt most of us will be free Easter.

Just saw this thread. I live in Woodstock, about 1.5 hours west of Toronto.
Just got my E-Test done and new sticker. Now just need for this snow to melt and some rain to wash the snow away to pull her out of storage. Cheers.

Don't do it! I put my summers on and as soon as I got the lugs torque the forecast shifted to 4 days of snow... Haha.

Yep that's why I've kept mines on... I think end of the month meet might be possible.. Weather should be better by then. We can meet somewhere in the middle and decide a location!!

Yes. I'm definitely to blame. I washed the car and did a full suspension swap and put summer rubber on. So my bad...

That's awesome! What suspension package did you go with? Have read some great reviews on the eibach.

Yeah. I just did the complete eibach pro plus kit. Springs, shocks, struts, sway bars and i complimented it with a steeds bump steer kit and cc plates. Which to be honest you do need. I had terrible bump steer even though it only lowered the car about an inch and a quarter. I auto x and use to road race so i really notice minor alignment issues. The kit is really well engineered and it works together well. I think my total on suspension was about 1200$ worth every penny. I also complimented the new suspension with corbeau lg1 seats. These are a HUGE improvement over the stock seats. They don't move or flex at all. I would never do a suspension mod without new seats. They were almost as much as the suspension but given the choice, I'd do the seats before the suspension. For reference, my buddy has the comparable bilistien suspension package and better tires and i pull more peak g and have quicker turn in than him by quite a margin. If jn doubt, get the eibach kit. The pro is great if you plan to street drive it. Sport kit is really only for track cars or cities with perfect roads... You'll rip the rear sway bar off if your not careful haha. Sorry for thread jack.

Thanks. I've really tried to balance it out well. The mach 1 doesn't really need much more power. Only final suspension mod I would like to do is a full solid sub frame connector. I'm planning on a few drivetrain mods next year.
I auto. With my local club lscc (lethbridge sports car club) and sasc (southern alberta solo club) prefer the local events. More about the fun than the people who take it super seriously. And our tracks are a bit safer imo. I use to road race at race city in calgary but it got closed so I'm waiting for a new track but will definitely be hitting up the new track.

Appreciate it. We'll have to see how the plans work out and if the cruise conflicts with any events with my local club.

Yeah I do a little quarter mile stuff too. Unfortunately the tracks here really cater to the hardcore drag guys. Very few casual or even street cars. Also being at 5400+ feet we run a lot slower than sea level. My machs best was a 13.4 At 106. Was hoping to break into 12s but not without fi up here.
