Threw an 02 sensor code this morning. Suck! P0131. I cleared that SOB and will see it comes up again. I had 1k miles since I threw the p2197. I think the sensors are screwy due to being moved. I would rather not drop $200 on new sensors if I can help it. No warranty on those since I have long tubes
Unless my mpg goes down etc I'm self diagnosing they are acting screwy. I checked them when I threw the last code and they were operating fine.

On another note a fall ride when the leaves change would we sweet.

I vote for Saturday for the next one. That way I can be lazy on Sunday.

Did you have Bama turn off your rear o2 sensors? That could be the issue. But I'm no mechanic

---------- Post added at 09:50 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:50 AM ----------

And y'all can have it on Sat next time it's just really hard for me to get a sat off around here. That's our busiest day.

Hmm. They should be since I have the hybrid. But I think they just turn off the rear ones and this is in bank 1 in front of the catts.

We have to have the boss. It's all for one and one for all.

Lol I will say watching the videos back. It looks laid back and docile. Except for parts of my second run on the dragons tail but it looks BA when I just fast forward the triangle video. I'm still trying to find someone that is better than me to edit this into an amazing clip video with music and all.

All I can say is you guys are making me jealous as hell. We've got roads like that in Colorado but they aren't very long unfortunately. If you ever find a more western location I would be down to join up with you guys

Haha TN was far enough for me. Colorado is way out of the picture, but I'm sure there are people near you that would cruise.

Honestly what I think would be cool is to get a group of ppl together and go on a scenic cruise thru multiple states stopping at various points along the way to chill and eat and different attractions. Kinda like what I did on my way home from TN but it would've been cool if we were rolling in a pack

What do you think about next time we meet around 6am in Knoxville go do the dragon eat breakfast at the little restaurant on the other side of it. Then do the skyway and eat at this little barbque spot i know of then come back across country to the triangle and do it. This will be about a 150 mile trip.

Yeah there aren't a lot of midwest guys on here unfortunately. But one of my buddies said that for the 50th anniversary there's gonna be a big cruise starting in I think it was Mustang, Kansas and ending in Vegas.

Lol that's basically what I did but in reverse I would love to do it again but not immediately lol. And it honestly wasn't as expensive of a trip as I thought it would be. Of course my buddy split the bill with me but still it wasn't bad especially for the enjoyment I had and the ppl I met. Next time I will most likely have 1-2 more mustangs cruising with me. They got mad when I got back and told them all the fun I had lol. And the videos

There's a few of us from the KC and Colombia, MO area.

I thought they were starting in Oklahoma.

Yeah I belive there's a total of 3 Colorado guys on here including me.

I'm not sure to be honest, I just know it's somewhere east of me. I wasn't exactly paying too much attention to what my buddy was saying.

Who is holding this 50th cruise? Is it Ford or ME? BC that could be a huge cruise lol. They would have to shut down roads in every city. Hell they would have to shut down a city just for that many ppl to cruise into

I would think it's either Ford or Shelby American. My buddy who told me about it isn't on this site.

That's what I figured. That's going to be a BIG cruise lol. So big that I might even go. Going to the 50th in my 5.0? That is something you can only say you've done once

He is from Murfreesboro Tn a little more than 3 hours away. If we did all the roads I talked about we would have to leave that early.

There are two locations for the fiftieth. Las Vargas and Charlotte NC it is a really big deal and ford is doing this. Mustang clubs from all over the United States.

I have visited the pogosa springs and Durango area. There are some really good roads in that area. From Taos New Mexico to pogosa springs is some of the best mountain roads I have been on.

I haven't been that far south in my car unfortunately. I'm north of Denver about a half hour.

You really need to take 3 or 4 days and travel down that way to see Durango and ride the train from Durango to silverton and then drive the road that is beautiful country. Go sit in the hot springs in pogosa take the mountain roads to Taos and Santa Fe do not take the interstate from Durango to Santa Fe it is boring.

Sounds like one hell of a ride. I can't do it this year though unfortunately. I may go to Canyon City instead and see what roads are around there.
