Sweet car. I got offered 19k for mine. I was looking at a stage 2 roush 2 weeks ago. I didn't do it as the best I could get it was 42k OTD.

I am 90% in and hopefully I will meet 2-3 buddies I'd they don't pud out in me.

So instead I ordered new wheels.

Tell me your thoughts. 9/11 so far have been finished this way. Forgestar said that is how their finish is and i say BS and found some pics that seem to be finished all they way.

It's where the lugs would go. The finish is only 1/2 done.

Would you send back and forget about it ? AM has been great about this. I can't believe forgestar would let a black wheel go out like this.

Oh and you'll get to test out that boss suspension on some windy roads. That will be sick.

My thoughts too. Like I said these I've sent them back 2x already. This would be the 3rd. 9/11 have been that way. I'm not feeling any of the other wheels really as these are 20's and they weigh 22.5lbs. So about 6lbs less than the 18s I have now.
After last time I was over it and got an rma and sent everything back. They called and I gave them another shot and went piano black as the CS manager said that finish usually coats better. They got in today and wth? Same bad luck. These don't look as bad as the matte set did but still. If they took off $300 I may keep them. I'm not going through the whole mount and balance thing again. The spares were just as bad last time they sent and this time all 4 were. Not sure if $300 is too much or not enough but that's my gut feeling number.

I'm guessing forgestar shipped AM a bunch of crappy wheels or I'm unlucky and got all the defects. 9/11 is terrible QC control on forgestar's part.

If it was me I would not order another set. I would get a refund and buy a different set. Or have these painted and charge them for them to be painted.

Lol! We will now be placing cameras at unspecified points of interest to check any trailers hailing cars around the event date.

That the color and stripe alone is one of 111 made. That's it. I'm sure it would go on and on and on until I find out its the only one that has something specifically special or very close to it. I will still drive it cause it's mine. Love ur car and drive that pony like its intended to be driven.
