I see where you thought he was going after you Ron. He changed lanes because of the classic behind us..... Looking at the video it isn't as bad as i remember. I thought when he got me for the "straddling" it was because my rear end went trough the lanes, doesn't really look like it though, it was the lane change at the end after i caught traction.

Still awaiting for my slip to go to court lol. I looked online, that county doesn't even look like they have an option to pay tickets online in general.

After watching that video a few times, that Manus dude was there waiting to film someone getting busted by the cops. You notice that after you did that, he immediately pans back around to the cop car.
I don't think that cop even saw me. After he saw you, he started through the light and then that old surf wagon pulled out right in front of him. You can hear the cop honk at the guy.

Probably just going to plead guilty w/ an explanation saying how i got caught up in the moment, and normally don't do that type of driving. Maybe bring a picture or two of the car from one of the autocrosses to show that i race legally.

You should also say you missed a gear accidentally. While the quick acceleration may have been intentional, the fish tail and all that other stuff wasn't.

I joined www.baautox.com

They have an area for pictures and videos. So I literally went through all of the pics anyone took that year, those were the only ones I found of us.

I'll try to join you guys if you plan on doing another auto cross.

By the way, so it looks like Andrew, Chris, and myself is going to the car show in San Leandro this Sunday. Anyone else coming? We can cruise around redwood road after the show since its nearby (hopefully no tickets this time lol).

Sorry guys, not going to make to the show on Sunday. I just found out that my wife registered me for a 5K in San Francisco. Lucky me.

My guess is we won't stay at the show for a full 8 hours, that is pretty long for a show (especially one that is free, and most likely won't give trophies).

I mapped out a possible cruise we could do. Its pretty much redwood road, the red part is the part we could take, then blue is where it is like about 1 mile away to my school so idk if we go that way or just branch off since Tien it will probably be closer for you to go the brown route (i don't know specifically where in that general direction you are). Unless we wanted to go to Moraga or go west back into the Oakland area.

It'll probably take a good while to get through all of those back roads all the way up anyway.

I think the blue route will have the best view and less bikers on the road. So I rather go that way towards Moraga

The section in blue is the way I usually go. In the afternoon there shouldn't be too many bikers, view is great though.

So do you guys want to be there right at 10 when it starts. Or should we be fashionably late?

Ok. Autozone at 10am, then to the show. I'm good with that. I suspect I'll have to clean off the condensation from my car again........
