Have fun, RoboStang and I have been running ones in CT and MA for a few years. The original started out with 4 of us, the last one we had 18 cars. Next week I'm thinking we'll have 12-15 cars. If you want any hints on how I do mine let me know.

Located in Chicagoland area here! I am part of a crew locally and I'm sure there's something we can set up

Central WI here...I'm always up for some laid back cruising and meets. I'm sure my brother in law and his GT would join too.

Are you a member of the any of the clubs in WI? Fox Valley or Wisconsin Early Mustangers? They usually have meets/cruises throughout the year.

the advantage of running your own is it's on a date you can go and it can be the way you think a cruise should be (distance/speed/lunch spot)

Hmm I was wondering if there was much happening in WI - south of Madison area. Just got one Stang in June and another in November. We would love to find a cruise somewhere close by. I think Mud should come out and show us how it's done!

Yes we need warm weather - mine is sleeping for the winter. LOL And his is seeing as little snow and ice and salt as possible LOL. But we decided life is just too short and lets get cars we love - so.....we did it. I still hope to move to Florida in about 4 years - but the best laid plans.....So I plan on having as much fun here as I can. They are a delight to drive. I have always wanted a muscle car - only took till I was 60 to get one - and my husband got his a week before his 62 birthday. Now once we get our 2001 S10 Chevy 4 wheel drive pick-up fixed (next Tuesday) we won't feel so trapped by the weather. Snow this weekend throws a monkey wrench into our plans LOL.

It would be great to get something going next summer. Lets keep it in mind!

Sounds good! Yeah I'm not too excited about the upcoming snow. It's officially truck weather now

Bring your better half along and see what Wisconsin has to offer. CT reminds me a bit of southern WI.

back in the day I used to go to WI because the drinking age was 18 compared to IL at 21.

Hopefully GTGirl will make it out this summer and we can show her what our cruises are like. She can than pick out the bits she likes and run them in WI.

Mud's thinking franchise.
