The LA SAAC annual show is happening this weekend on the SAnta Monica Pier - 10am - 3 pm.
Ford is bringing down a new GT350 (street version - one of the few on the West Coast)
Below is the club post - I don't know if there are any spots still available to show your car - doesn't have to be a Shelby - classic Fords and Mustangs welcome.
Hey Shelby Fans,
Our annual car show is less than a week away, there's still a few spots open --
The 11th Annual Tony Sousa Memorial Car Show
Shelby, Cobra, Mustang and
other Ford powered vehicles
This year's special guest will be
ex-Shelby employee Jim Marietta
At the historic Santa Monica Pier
on Saturday, September 19th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
This event celebrates the life of Tony Sousa, who was our Club's secretary and historian.
Tony traveled all over the United States in his 1965 Shelby GT350, as an ambassador to the marque.
Please go to LAShelbyClub.com to download a registration form, fill it out and send it in as soon as possible to email@example.com
Bring payment along with you to the show on Saturday.
Make out check to:
Los Angeles Shelby American Automobile Club (LASAAC)
. . . Remember, space on the pier is limited to approximately 100 cars, it's "first come, first served". This is a "sell-out" every year, so send in your application as soon as possible!!
There will be NO day-of-show entries!
