Tym ain't been on the CT route?

here's a hint: Practice avoiding trees and stone walls.

side note: Rob's post with the phrase "wife shopping" I read as something that rhymes with that and i was surprised to say the least and wondering how that was brought up for conversation

"wife shopping". Wait a minute, am I supposed to be "wife shopping"? Haven't done that in 41 years!

I'll 2nd getting a convoy together. We do that on the ones in MA.

Also if anyone takes up Fintle's offer you can swap them at my house. I have tools/ramps/etc. It's about 15-20 minutes from start. I'll also vouch for him.

Great! Tell him to meet us at the same place as last time. 8am!
I did speak to Rick. He won't be joining this round and he hasn't heard if Mike is going either.

Smile New and Improved Cruise!

Now with an available Breakfast!

If you want to join in a group of us are meeting at 8:45 at the same place and going to the diner for breakfast.

Staples:
900 Washington St (Rte 66), Middletown, CT 06457

Plz park on the street side of Staples as we'll be going out with a right onto Washington St (Rte 66).

You still want to have 3/4 of a tank of gas or be prepared to look at the miles to empty display for a while. The route is about 100+ miles. Walky Talkies are nice to have as this route is not simple.

Reminder: You participate at your own risk!

see ya soon

I prefer to think of you as "frugal". I know that you are not cheap.

I know what you are doing here Mud. We get to strip the cars of anyone that ends up in a ditch because they were chasing Pokemon Go's instead of paying attention. Smart!

Mike, now I feel bad giving up one of my rides for in-laws? You must like family more than I do.

OK, got my car back from the body shop; the rear bumper now looks normal again and they even did a full exterior detail. So, provided I wake up early enough, I'll be there.

Oh, and if anyone needs a NOS steel spare, I'll throw my extra in the trunk and bring it.

The weather is predicted to be nice and we should have a good size turnout. See you all tomorrow (8:45 if you are in for breakfast)

Reminders:

there is a gas station across from Staples that has both decent prices and 93 for those who need/want it. you will want over a 1/2 tank of gas at the start.

walkie talkies are a big help

Avoid the trees and ditches

I as always only have a slight clue but Rob has said 16+ cars have said they'll be in. My fear used to be no-one would show up but now I know no matter what I'm going for a nice ride and lunch. I still have the occasional fear that 50 will show up.
