Grille Pony

I am having some issues installing a new grille pony. I bought a black one but i'm tryin to figure out a way to install without taking off the bumper. any suggestions would help

Are you having problems taking off the stock pony in the corral and the honeycomb surrounding it?

yeah the top part comes off but the bottom is connectedto an akward spot of the bumper and you can't get in there to take the old one out keeping the honeycomb

It shows you how to remove the 4 bolts on the bumper that can be tricky.

its hard to get the bolts out under the stock grill but it can be done~ its pretty easy to take the front bumper off if you want, pm me and I will tell you how to do it

i'm looking to avoid that because i have neons installed and i don't wanna take it off and the bumper

get and angled screwdriver and just take out the bottom screws its very easy

yea putting back on sucks, you could do a grill delete (looks better) and rid yourself of the grill all together

the bumper does have enough flex to pull the grill back enough to reach the bolts on the bottom of it. i did it to mine to get it off.

I cut the tabs and just silicone glued it back on, works fine.
