Ebay Supercharger

I was searching ebay yesterday and came across this electric supercharger http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ford-...88774594QQrdZ1
say it adds horsepower and it runs at 2.1 psi is this true or this just a rip off

Common sense and the old addage "if its too good to be true, it usually is" says that, it is a rip. An electric fan isn't going to do anything.

That is a complete and utter waste of 170 dollars, go buy a underdrive pulley and a 6 pack, you'll come out with more power and a few laughs.

Or if you really want to find out go to a local marina and buy one, it's a $60 bilge blower designed to exhaust fumes from the bilge of a boat, not force air into anything.

Look familiar?
