Where are you shifting your car at? What is your powerband? 60' looks good if you're on stock tires..
I found with my car that shifting at 5500 RPMs rather than closer to redline netted me better speeds than winding it out, if you've had the car dyno'd.. try shifting 200-300 RPM past your peak HP, it should land you right back in your torque powerband..
For what its worth, off the shelf tune and shorty headers my 02 GT on stock tires ran firstname.lastname@example.org, but shifting at higher RPMs I would see 14.3-14.4s
I would say your car ought to have some more in it, especially seeing the HP at the wheels - that's basically stock crank HP.. Just play around with different shift points..
