Holy **** that's sexy. The back is what makes it so awesome. Otherwise, it's just another 07 GT.

Re: 2007 MUSTANG 69

wow, that looks extremely badass. that makes the rear end 100x more agressive. hell it makes the whole car look more agressive. that design would give the Challenger and Camaro concepts alot of competition.

I love the car, in fact, I would buy that over the 03 Cobra when I buy next. (if you ignore the huge hp numbers from the Cobra)

Re: 2007 MUSTANG 69

The car is a bit heavy in the rear. The rear body line is way to high because of the rear wheel arch. The front needs some work to match the rear like the addition of a Boss hood scoop and maybe the front getting extended a few more inches. The front looks too slim to be with the back. Agree that it needs a lot more power then the GT. 375 would be a nice round number with a 6 speed and the weight being kept down under 3800. Wouldn't mind seeing 20's on it but for one, Ford probably wont spend the money to put a nice looking set of 20s on it right out of the dealership (with a nice upgraded brake setup) and two, if they dont up the power then its just going to be more to turn and more weight. Other than that I would love to see them do it right and bring it out.

Re: 2007 MUSTANG 69

Something along the original concept but with the overall idea from the black one. I personally think that they should make the original concept a production model.

Re: 2007 MUSTANG 69

One very small dissapointment on the GT500 was that it only came with 18's and it's screaming to be dropped in the rear 1.5 or more, but from what we (GT500 owners) can assertain; that would void the warranty and they are getting very picky about it. SVT hasn't sent a clear answer as of yet.

Well yeah of course, but what I mean is that if you look at the original concept and the actual car there are noticable differences that I think the actual car needs from the concept to blend in a newer look for the next model.

Why would a set of springs void a warranty? Unless it can be shown that a failure was caused specifically by a spring change (which I REALLY doubt would ever happen), I can't see how it would void a warranty.

As much as I'd love to own a new Mustang and have the warranty with it, this is the reason I doubt I'll ever bother own one right off the showroom floor..... a daily driver that I'll beat on and mile out... sure, but my Mustang that I'll want to play with... na, there's too many things I'd like to do with it (exhaust, suspension, etc) that I'd get yelled at for.
