5.4 dohc engine swap

I'm in need of help as to what other parts i'm going to need and what will fit. Here is what i've got going so far and what i have planned so I can get some information.

Bought :
Block - 5.4 2v 2002 f-150

Heads - 4.6 4v 1996-1998 cobra

Not bought :
Intake manifold (navigator will work but am looking for something that will make more power)

Mid length headers (must be from 96-98 cobra longs won't fit shorts are probably useless)

Centrifugal supercharger (was thinking vortech v1 but i doubt there is a kit for what i'm doing)

pistons (most likely keith black forged)

timing chains and cover (pretty sure it needs to be from a navigator and I think the 4.6 guides and tensioners will work but don't know on the cam and crank spocket)

Valve covers (hopefully get some cheap used ones)

Head studs ( didn't know what vehicle to tell them I'm not sure it will matter though sence i can cut them if they are too long)

Flywheel ( is an aluminum worth the price?)

clutch (not sure on this one)

MAIN CONCERNS

how much horse the stock 5.4 rods and crank can take

What all you need for a centrifugal supercharger besides brackets head unit and injectors

clearance with strut towers ( can they be removed or can i just beat them in a little)

wiring (was told you just need to extend some wires didn't know the best way to do this)

tune where to go near illinois and if i should have them flash the ecu or put it on a tuner

Re: 5.4 dohc engine swap

Do the 4V heads just fit on the 2V block? I thought you needed to have a 4V block? Or do I have the wrong information?

Really so I can get any 2V or 3V mod motor and slap 4V heads on them? I was always told there was a separate block for each configeration.

Re: 5.4 dohc engine swap

for your intake manifold take a look at sullivan they make a 5.4L 4v intake its pretty expensive though but about the nicest intake made I wanted to do a 5.4L 4v swap for a while now but ive been starting to rethink its a lot to do and spend when i can just boost the 2v 4.6 and be happy. Whats your power goal?

Oh yea and it will fit tight but it will fit i think you might have to move the master cylinder up a few inches

Yes you can but you will need different manifolds probably chains and redo some wiring

The different manifolds made sense, thanks for that information. Sorry for hijacking your thread for a little bit.
