He's pulleyed for 19 and saw 21. I'm pulleyed for 20-21 and saw 18. Figure that out. I'm spinning the blower harder and seeing less boost. I saw 19 with the same pulley set he has. 20 in the cold months.

No. Neither am I. With kbs pulley ratio spec sheet and with a boost calculator created on mod fords (pretty accurate) and with many other cars running his pulley ratio, 19 psi is the magic number. However, as is obvious on his sheet, he's hitting 21. Makes no sense.

Me, I believe I have belt slip. I took a standard length Allen wrench and put in the blower pulley. I am able to rotate the blower over with ease with just the 3-4" long Allen wrench. The belt just slides aroimd the lower pulley with little to no resistence. My tensioner is right in the middle where it should be, but seems I need to go down a belt anyhow if I want to stop the slip. The 3" upper is no problem at all.

I think Zack said last night he was seeing around 19 psi at 6k, then at 6500 it maxed at 21.7.

You have midlengths though? Right? From what I understand is that the manifolds play a role in boost.

They do, but others ran stock manifolds for 19psi. But, it is what it is. May be a slightly plugged intercooler. Could just be his blower is compressing the air different. Who knows.
