Re: new rims

High cost doesn't always mean better quality. I got a great deal on my ASA rims from tirerack.com. The reason, ASA was no longer making that style and tirerack was selling off the old stock. Black rims with my yellow stang...I still get compliments all the time!

Re: new rims

Amazon has the Konig Illusion Black/Ball Cut Machined - 17 x 7 Inch Wheel on for $142.99/each so if your looking at the same size I'd say 105 is a deal. For myself, I think stangs look better with 18 or 20's, but that's a personal choice.
I've never owned Konig's but my cousin has a set on his car and swears by them. The website Buy Konig Wheels - Konig ALLOYS and WHEELS online has some good info as the type of casting and alloys used are what make a rim good or not. If drifters use them, they can't be bad.

Happy hunting!

Re: new rims

those look ok~ but are a little importish. You must make SURE the offset is correct so the rim sits out enough. On 99-04 its 3 inches frontspacing and 3.5 rear for SRA (max) 4.0 max if irs, but make sure you dont rub the fender lip iwth 3.5 front spacing. (front spacing is rim width - backspacing)

Re: new rims

Yuppers...after looking at your pics I think they will look awesome. If the red matches? Wondering...are you thinking of adding red brake calipers? Or even covers? Like these.. Ford Mustang Caliper Covers, Caliper Paint at AmericanMuscle.com - Free Shipping!
Maybe that would be too much? But for the price of those rims. I'd go for it!

would it be the same for mine?...its an 05

and no...i dont think im gonna do the break calipers. i have some performence stuff i wanna do before that.

also, iv heard that heavier rims can slow ur car down...if so, is it noticable and does anybody kno if these ones would be heavier than stock?
