Unhappy Wash Me.

Hey everyone, if you have a sister or mom or friend or maybe even yourself that has a mustang and never washes it or respects it tell them that they need to. I'm tired of people just buying a mustang becuase it's cool and affordable and just treating it like crap. Wash them once in a while, maybe even shine those tires. We should be respecting the greatest car in America!

Re: Wash Me.

another BIG issue I have is people that buy convertibles... and NEVER put the top down EVER... I usually hear the excuse that "it will mess up my hair" or "its to hot/cold"... then why did you buy it lol

If I had a 'vert the top would never be up, as long as the weather permits.

Is it ok if we park in the grass to wash the car? Or should we only wash it in the driveway/street?

Re: Wash Me.

Well I do wash mine every week and try my hardest to keep it clean in between. Ans yes I agree with the convertable, if I owned one I could never put the top up. I love my car and you should respect and admire the car and the LEGEND that surrounds one of the greatest car in muscle car history.

Well those of us that use em as DD's can have that excuse sometimes. It depends. But on the isn't that why we have them so we have the best of both worlds?

Re: Wash Me.

I'd love a convertible in the summer but I'd hate it in the winter I don't like the look of a convertible when the top is up.

Well My tops motor broke on my 93. So I can't put the top down easily for a while but it'll be down a lot once I get a new Motor for it

Re: Wash Me.

I wash my car all the time but sometimes it's a waste of time in the summer because I know it is going to storm as it does almost every afternoon.

If I had a vert the top would be down all the time with weather permitting. The color of the vert top bugs me on some cars. I'm just really picky with convertibles but if I found one at a decent price I would scoop it up. I have never even had a car with a functioning sunroof. If not Sonic Blue probably the black on black like Brent's.

Re: Wash Me.

Mine's a daily driver. I don't have a lot of free time to wash it every day. If I get to it once a week I'm doing good.
