that sucks, .... so many shops today simply blame it on "racing" or some BS... its so hard to figure out what actually happened as the builders dont know how the motor was treated or the car owner doesn't know how the motor was built... just a big huge circle where the car owner is the one who always ends up screwed.

I did have a lawyer send him a letter and was able to agree on $800.00
But obviously that wont cover the new build. Its better than nothing... (Lesson Learned)

yup... its hard to prove such things, hopefully it will all work out. Many people lose their love for cars and the car hobby over such things as it can be very stressful and aggravating. Hopefully that wont happen to you.
