Cowl problem!!

I recently noticed a baseball sized bump on my cowl on the left side of my 2001 v6. Anyone know wat it is and how to fix it?

Re: Cowl problem!!

is it the paint that is bubbled or the hood itself?

It's the black plastic piece. With the slits in it. I feel like a dumbass. Haha. That's the only way I know how to describe it. The piece has the wipers connected to it
