Will a CAI be a noticeable gain in horsepower?

I think it's more of a driver's race...I've seen it go both ways.

My car when at idle makes almost a "swallow" if you can call it that and the rpms go up slightly. This happens about every 30 seconds is this normal? I havn't really noticed it until now. Sorry for the odd description.

Could be your idle air control...might be worth it to give a quick cleanup.

ac on? could be cutting on every 30 seconds or so.

Nice. I do like the blacked out look. It's just so hard to keep clean. What do u thin about azure blue? Probably one of my favorites.
