Oil Suggestions

Hey forum, I am getting close to the install of my full roller HiPo 289. It's the first motor I've owned with a roller setup. My question is what's the best choice for engine oil. Do I need a high ZDDP level or will regular oil do the trick? Any input would be appreciated. If I need a high ZDDP oil I am partial to Brad Penn. What do you think?

K there is a forum called bob is the oil guy.... There are some oil experts in that forum and some amazing info. Pose that question to them and I am sure you won't be lead astray. There us also a forum called mustangforums. And a man screen named unleashed beast. He is as close to an oil expert as I know and love to answer questions so I will get his email and pass it on to you. Very knowledgeable man

I just posed your question to my oil expert friend from another forum and he suggested a 10w40 with a high zddp content such as amsoil 10w40. I am only an oil enthusiast but this guy knows his stuff. Anyway happy driving..he also wrote if you live in a warmer climate with 90 plus degree weather a 20-50 is a proper choice
