Re: foxes

You shut your face.....dont ever say that again, lol.

Lets see:
They looks badass.
They weigh 3200lbs or so
You can build a sick engine or stuff in a Terminator motor in it.
So basically you have something that has 500whp+ and weighs as little as a corvette.....and you dont have to take viagra to own this one.

ive had several camaros and firebirds of the same era...all bout icons bud...

Re: foxes

It's because the Fox bodies are the perfect example of what the Mustang is supposed to be. They are lightweight, rear wheel drive with a solid axle, mid-sized V8 with tons of torque, the perfect exhaust note, not a lot of flash and creature comforts. They were built with one thing in mind: cheap speed.

There still to this day has not been a car that is more readily modifiable than the 5.0s. The aftermarket for them is huge, and the parts are relatively cheap. You can make them do anything: whether its carve corners, light it up at the strip, look good at the shows, or do a little of all the above.

Not to mention, the 87-93 Mustang basically saved the Mustang. Until it came along, we were all destined to a fate worse than death... This site could be "probeevolution.com" you know...

The Legacy of the mustang sits in the people that drive them. They are coming up on 50 years of production. Chevy can't say that with the camaro, Pontiac is gone, Buick is out of the picture. The only nameplate that has with stood this long is the f150 and the corvette. But we have made the legacy live on.

Ford is a company that has stood strong and so will the followers of the breed. I think they need to bow down to the true leader of the pack.

I like it ok. I'd rather have a black Cobra, but then it's not as rare, and hence not worth as much.

Oh yeah, no plans to change the color, that's for sure. I would sell it and get a black one, or trade it for one and some cash before I defaced it like that!
