New Battery and New Starter but car won't start!

Hello everyone. I have a 1998 Ford Mustang and I just bought a new battery and new starter as both needed replacements. However, the car won't start. I'm assuming it's the kill switch button but i don't know how to reset the button or the procedure to do it. Can anyone help me?

Maybe a starter solenoid. Not sure if those were on the 98's or not.

The button is in the trunk on the drivers side. It's kinda hidden. Just push it in, simple as that.

You don't have a key fob to shut the alarm off?

Got the car to start but now it seems to be vibrating more than usual. Is it misfiring? Spark plugs?
