Re: Manny vs Auto

I like my work truck to be an auto but my Mustang to be a manual... If I drove in constant stop and go traffic, I would probably want an auto..

Funny...I am going thru this right now. I am a sales manager and drive I traffic a lot. I bought a manual sports car to enjoy the drive. Turns out it sucks in the city traffic. Once I bought my 88 5.0 manual as a toy car, I really enjoy country driving with manual transmission. So now I am dumping my day to day sports car for an auto suv or sedan.

Long story short....if its a fun car get manual....every day car u may want auto.

Re: Manny vs Auto

In traffic an auto is easier but a manual is fun on the open road.

I learned to drive a stick when I was 15 during a hurricane. Most of my cars have been manual.

Re: Manny vs Auto

I think everyone should know how to drive a stick because you never know when you will have to drive one .

Re: Manny vs Auto

I love my auto since I have to drive in horrible traffic every day
manual would probably be very tiring
but I know for sure I eventually want a manual for my next non daily driver stang
