Look next to the time in the upper right corner of the display in the photo below. Looks like it's the outside temperature reading (EXT 71°):



In the models without the navigation, it's in the bottom right corner of the "center integrated display" at the top of the center console:

Can't see from the picture, but I have read other posts on another sight that says yes they do have outside air temp.

For sure, you'll find in the center console top right the outside temp and in top left the compass!!!!
