Re: How rare is you Mustang?

Man I didnt think my fox is that old being an 88 but maybe its a new site and it will take some time for them to get their data base up to speed.

I did type in my wifes H2 hummer and it said no info for her model or something like that. I know her color is rare but not one o kind for sure.

Re: How rare is you Mustang?

I have a hard time believing this is anywhere near true...

"42,258 vehicles matching your year and description in our database."

i seem to run into very few triple black setups over a tan top or tan leather black gt premiums

just looked mine up, a 99 red v6 auto. 1 of 73,000. but the number that really surprised me was the final drive ratio, 2.73:1! no wonder i get off the line so slowly.

Yup. Automatics usually have a high read gear ratio do to the different gearing in the auto trans vs the gearing in a manual trans

Weird might not have been able to pull it from the vin. Your rear axle code should be on a sticker in your glovebox though

"22,954 vehicles matching your year and description in our database."
Nothing special, but really cool website. It actually gave me closure on some things I was wondering about. i.e. My spoiler and Pony Package.. Just had to make sure the previous owner didn't decide it needed these options and infact they are factory, not after the fact.

when i looked up the vin it gave me a huge readot of everything in the car - like power windows, a/c, midnight black interior, etc. i used the vin that's in the doorjam, that could have been why. related question, why did ford put the vin on the front windshield? it seems kinda pointless especially since it's only the shortened version.
