Question to those of you with bama tunes from AM...

so I've had tons of trouble with loading tunes onto my tuner from my computer. i thought i finally got them all figured out and would finally be able to load the new tunes, so i got to save them from the email to my computer and they wont save. i was able to move them a different way, but then when i try to "load custom tune file" on the program, something pops up and says "unhandled exception has occured in your application" then below it says "index was outside the bounds of the array" ...i noticed that the size of the files they sent me in the email was 0 bytes...which wouldnt make any sense right? is that why i cant load them? ...im posting this on 3 different forums and sent an email to sct hoping that someone will know as this is a little bit more technical question than normal...

sounds like you had an error downloading what they sent you. downloaded the name of the file but not the file contents. happens everynow and then. are you using an external mail client. or the email through the browser?

i downloaded SCT's software, plug it in and then just open the exe and select the tune, worked fine. This was on an XP machine.

I know there for a while windows 7 support didnt work for SCT's software~ might be a new version needed to make it work on that.

What you need to do is get American muscle on the phone and contact the bama tuning tech. And ask him to do it for you on your computer it's what I had to do. I can't remember the way he did it but he was doing it for me on my computer. Where he was in control of my computer. Jus let them do it for you. Makes it easier.
