For the event I would not mind hitting the strip.. I've never ran it in a 1/4 mile and I really wanna experience it. And see everyone else run their cars.

You only live once. Offer to sell your boss to a 3rd world country for spare parts and put that toward funding your ride man.

Yeah, I gave a wave and devil horns to a 68' Camaro with a big ole crate motor and huge blower protruding up & out of the hood that rolled along side me in town. The guy had a set of the biggest slicks on his car I'd ever seen and he kept trying to egg me into racing him. I knew better than to even roll over the speed limit but we both gave an amicable wave and appreciated eachother's set of wheels.

Haha yeah. Don't mess with what you know can slaughter you. New kid just bought a '91 5.0 and is bringing it around soon. Mine looks better than both but I can't put my money where my mouth is

Here's my high school parking lot. '97 z28 camaro. 2004 mustang gt. 1991 (I think) 5.0 mustang. Eagle talon. Then my 1998 mustang. None of them won nicest car. Beat out by a VW Bus.

Snapped one up of an older guy tailing me in an older GT. Probably around Bone's year and at least a GT. Guy had NHRA all over his ride and his dual exhaust sounded pretty filthy. We threw up the comradery Mustang wave when we parted off-ramps.

Re: parking lot fun

I saw about 70 Roush's in one place a couple weeks ago. It was a Roush event at Long McArthur Ford in Salina, KS.. I even saw a couple identical to mine! Jack signed my dash, and you wouldn't believe the group of Stangs I cruised there with...
