I'm new to the forum, so i'm sorry if this was already discussed and resolved.
I just got my first personal used 2007 Mustang
GT. I am loving this car and am officially bleeding ford blue. I also have a 2001 Ford Excursion Ltd 4x4.
My question is my mustang came with four cables inside the center console which looks like audio cables for various types of media players. Two of them are the standard headphone size. I've tried plugging them into my ipod/iphone and pressing the AUX on my radio. I get no sound out of it. I know I can plug it into the AUX jack located next to it, but what are these cables for then? I couldn't ask the salesman because I don't think he really knew much about mustangs at all. Any help on what these are used for and how to get them working would be much appreciated.
Thank you in advance! Go Ford!
