Lowering a 01 gt with 18" rims???

What is the best way to lower my 01 gt without making the ride terrible? And for the best price? Im thinking about a 1.5-2 inch drop from stock? It rides too high and there is a big gap in the fender wells from the tires to the body.

Lowering springs. They actually make the ride better.

American muscle has good ones and are pretty cheap.

Eibach pro-kit... I have 18s too and love it.

Yah Eibach pro kit springs are probably your best bet. I'd suggest H&R's but the ride is quite noticeably stiffer than stock. The pro kit's a little more forgiving.

You may also want caster camber plates with the springs. If your shocks/struts are worn, you might as well replace them too.
