Re: interior lights

i can tell you now that the little blue neon lights are installed on some new mustangs including my own and as long as they aren't overly bright they set a nice mood and environment the gauge inserts I have used on my 2000 a few years ago and the only thing u have to becareful with is that when the temperature changes in the car as if it gets humid it can cause the inserts to warp a little getting your speedometer needle stuck so u can tell how fast your going. I had to run my defrost 24/7 in order to be able to tell how fast I was going .

I don't have that mustang anymore it got totaled 5 months ago today. They were kinda bright at night but I eventually just took them off since my idiot friend accidentally kicked it and broke the passenger side.

I bought a silver 02 Gt. I was considering something newer but I couldn't stay away from this body style and it had low miles so I couldn't pass up

You make a really good point there. I just haven't decided where to start first.
Have you done anything to your stang yet?

I ordered them before but never installed them and its 4 different pieces and you have to take off your needles and remember the exact spot you took them off and overlap the new gauges on top of the old ones and glue them on. I thought it was a bit of a pain so I never did it.

Thanks I looked at the guide for installing it and I don't want to screw up one of the needles and have to get it repaired so I'm just goin with blue interior lights at the feet
