Throttle Body Whistles

I upgraded the throttle body about 2 months ago and it whistles alot louder then it did befor. Is that normal or is something loose?

Check for vacuum leaks.

have you done any other mods since u installed the t.b.? i.e. cold air tube, air filter or changed the tune? changes in air/fuel ratio can cause the t.b. to whistle louder or be more quite. even changing the intake itself can cause the t.b. make more or less noise if it's aftermarket

I did change the intake manifold

itsa trade off with aftermarket stuff. sum ppl have drilled holes in the throttle blade, but i definatley dont recommend it. u could try a different brand of t.b. but it's not a gaurentee.

mine whisteld with two different intakes... the third intake im using now only does it at idle at certian temps
