Any have 4.56's

Does anyone have 4.56's installed in an 03 straight axle.?.? No one has an answer as to why my diff cover doesnt clear the ring gear.?.? Richmond says the the stock cover should work just fine but it doesn't! The ford racing one I bought also doesn't clear. Any help would be nice!

Wow, those are tall gears. Here's what I found online:
"If you are using 4.56 gears or lower (numerically higher), you will need to notch the cross pin to clear the outer tip of the teeth on the ring gear." That's for if you're using the stock carrier, and FRPP's might not be big enough either

Grabber orange is NOT yellow!!!
