Re: Nasty window sound

Sounds like they may have knocked the window off the guides or track.
Remove your door panel and take a close look at it while moving the window up and down.

It didn't work. It still makes this nasty cracking sound. It's usually get slower when my window gets close to the top. Then when I roll t down, it makes this ugly sound. Any help?

Did you pull of the panel and watch and listen to it as you rolled it up and down? Your problem is in there, so you will have to keep looking and listening until you find it.
You may be losing the gearbox in the window motor.

You will have to keep looking using mirrors or whatever it takes to find the problem.
No one will be able to help you any further without being able to physically look at your car.
