Re: Other rides

I traded the wife's white with blue stripe 05 GT in on my 07 Roush, and then she somewhat reluctantly inherited my 05 yellow GT, and asked me to change the mufflers, the shifting knob and she wanted some winter tires... I did and I guess the car is really "hers" now... She now loves it more than she did her white car...

That figures, they are different from us and their likes are different. Thats why i made sure that the tone on both cars were different. We can put up with alot os stuff, but they have their own style and taste.

I drove it on a job site yesterday and the landscapers were asking me, "WHO do you work for!" I laughed and told them I quit my job Tuesday and that I am unemployment....

I really love this car, the way it looks, the way it drives, and the attention it gets. It creates it's own atmosphere/vibes...

Wow, thank you!!! I do love my little sixxer. She sounds pretty good for one too. A lot of people ask if it's a GT.

I bet it feels great to drive that thing. It's striking in the photo too. I could imagine pulling up at the gas station or seeing it drive by would spark my curiosity for sure. I almost went down to the Roush dealer just to look at them the other day! Lol

I love those 66 Chargers- my ex and I sold one to a guy who came down from PA, I think to Virginia to get it, I'm pretty sure he was going to go a full restoration on it- I wish I had stayed in touch so I could see how it came out, it was a gorgeous car- white with red leather interior- real show stopper. I'd love to see some pics of your car.
