tourque converter

Im throwing a stroker kit , pp, upgrading myheads ,what kind of tourque conv should I get ?i have a 5 speed tranny

That is funny, but don't feel bad, I did not forget that, but I did ask a Converter question to a friend of mine, because of his knowledge of Stangs, but I overlooked the fact that he has a Stick shift in his and his knowledge on Converters is way low. Haha on me, he wrote me back and told me not to mention that to anyone but "Only Automatics have Torque Converters", Duh,duh, duh. I felt soo embarrased, that I forgot that little tidbit about his car. I told him that I had gotten overanxious about getting Info about Stall Torque Converters, and overlooked that point.
