I believe AM has an overlay kit. But im not too sure how good it is. Probably just looks like stickers on the dash.

Those sticker overlays wouldn't go well with a tan interior... But I'll keep a lookout and see if they have anything better out there

Re: Has anyone made any Carbon fiber parts

yup, many have. If you search on corral.net you can find a big thread with a guy that owns a 97 or so Cobra that was making his own full carbon fiber body parts for some sort of racing he was doing.

Re: Has anyone made any Carbon fiber parts

Ok North American Tuning, Bangastang carry Carbign Creations stuff which I think is dipped
jtltruecoldair.com also carries dipped products that look pretty good but as I mentioned befor Carbon Fiber Creations makes custom stuff. They have a list of all 2005 to 2009 Mustang stuff. A little epensive in my book and I'm not sure how drable but the real deal.
Mustang 2005 - 2010 - Carbon Fiber Creations
Hope that helps more than the normal stickers

If it's the real deal it's as durable as it gets for light weight int parts. F1 uses carbon for body panels, Ducati's Desmodeci has a self supporting rear sub frame(frame section for seat, tail unit) carbon fiber is awesome, and the real stuff is expensive.

Re: Has anyone made any Carbon fiber parts

coating something in carbon fiber defeats the purpose of it (light weight) as you are adding weight by using it~ but if you could mold it and then make the unit in just carbon fiber that would be great.

A bud told me there are tons of video's on YouTube to DIY, but it works out to the same cost unless you have access to to some supplies or mold materials
