U must be modded to run a 12.70 with a mach1 the fastest I've seen a Mach run with a pro driver stock with DR's is 12.97! And if u are runnin that stock u should be racing cars for a living. IMO with the mods on the 10 gt vs the stock mach1 I put my money on the gt being the rest of the field is equaled out.

I wish I knew what was in my Machs engine. I put down 309 rw on a dynojet corrected. The engine was replaced by ford and I have records that show they reused the stock heads but had some work done to the intake manifold and heads, but no details. The cams were also replaced due to 'scaring' with 'custom' cams... but I don't know what. The whole shortblock has been swapped for sure with what I assume to be a stock mach 1 shortblock. The engine bay is completely stock and the original owner knows nothing about it. I do know a 2010 gt intake tune catback was not close at all. He was five carlengths behind at the top of third and he had the jump. Either way I've got an Intake tune exhaust tb and.shifter on the way. Anyone else breaking loose (not just chirping...) on the 2-3 shift in their mach? I am... on 255 section tires too. Mayb I've just got a bit of a factory freak...

I do knoe my enine was replaced by ford under warranty by the previous owner. There is a work order note for head work but I have no idea what. Car pulls fn hard tho... oh. A 2011 maro ss and I is a dead heat from a 30kph punch to the top of third... I gotta rip into that engine...
I've been trying to tell these guys that Mach 1's are just faster than 3valve cars period .... I've run a few and none were stock and I hand them their as*

Yeah... I've never had trouble with a n/a 4.6 3v. The only one that I really had a good race with was on 4.30s, full bolt ons and auto. The only issue was that he was out of gear by 110. People don't realize that the mach 1s are quicker than the 99 and 01 cobras.
