New engine

I've got a 3.8l v6 and I was wondering if putting a 351 in it would work? I don't want to buy a gt because I just want to stick with my car If I don't want a v8 I might switch it out for a 4.2l v6 from an f150

The gas diff from the v6 and the v8 arent that much different. Its like literally a couple mpgs. I tuned my gt and was getting about 24 mpg on the freeway. Insurance will be about the same too. If its an older car your good. 89- 04 insurance should be fine. From my own experience.

My insurance co. sees no difference between the V6 and GT Mustang!.. Some insurance co. do show a difference, but is usually so small you really won't notice it!... And I also average about 24 mpg on the highway with my '04 GT!..

I love my sonic blue! And I'm the only one at my school that has it. There's like 4 other mustangs but they're all red and I've only seen like 5 sonic blues where I live so I feel good I have a more rare car

I'm more of a fan of DSG (Dark Shadow Grey or Gun Metal Grey, depending on what paint shop you go to)!.. But I do like the Sonic Blue also!..

Re: New engine

With the v6 vin on your car you can throw a v10 in there and still pay V6 insurance.
