Head scratcher-""

Any thoughts on the cheapest way to fix this. Other then welding a new peice I'm lost on how to repair it while saving some money. I bought a bumper so that's good but don't know how to fix the other part. Any ideas ?

That's a nasty wrinkle you have there. If you can weld then cut that piece out and get some fresh metal in there. If you can't weld or can't form the metal then you'll probably need to pay someone to fix it for you...
