Rebuilding an engine

Is it worth it to rebuild an engine with 115,000 miles its a gt or should I look into another mustang?
What are the benefits of a rebuilt and how much would it cost roughly?

If you are building, like adding a TC or SC with a bunch of boost then yea.. But if not, and it's not having issues I don't see why you would IMO.. Im sure others will chime in though.
