99 v6 no start

I have a 99 v6 mustang that i just completed a motor swap on. The original motor was knocking and I replaced it with a used motor. I used the original harness from the car but used the injectors and all sensors supplied from the "running motor" I purchased. The theft light does not flash while I crank the vehicle over. I have spark and pressure at the fuel rail. Not exactly sure on the pressure at the moment but it does have pressure when i relieve the valve with a screw driver. The motor will start and run when I carb and choke the throttle body but will not run on its own. I have 12 volts at the injectors but not sure exactly how to check for my pulse!? I have gone through all of the fuses with a test light and there where a couple on the fuse block under the dash that didnt have power but I dont have info on which fuses they are. The car did run before I swaped the engine. I have made sure that my grounds are good and all connectors are in. any advice on this would be appreciated, Thank YOu

Did you try turning the key to the on position and listening to make sure the fuel pump turns on?
